The print on display was originally a working document created between 1800 and 1960, each serving as a blueprint for designs that would later appear in fashion or interiors. Patterngarden brings together rare textile print designs largely from Lyon, spanning the 19th century to the mid 20th century, all carefully restored to preserve the character, patina and markings of the originals. Remagined as limited-edition fine art prints, they celebrate the city’s rich heritage of textiles artistry and timeless French design.
